Holistic self-love:

The act of using holistic methods to treat, heal, and revitalize oneself as an act of love and intention. love is an action!

My name is Jocelyn Zahn and I am a mindful living Holistic Health & Wellness Coach.

I am a graduate of The Institute for Integrative Nutrition, the world's largest nutrition school. My training comes from leaders in the fields of nutrition, functional medicine, fitness, and holistic wellness- brought to you with self-care twist! I work with clients 1:1 to determine how we can best incorporate wellness habits into their lives as an act of mindful self-love (love is an action) and to restore their health. I assist my clients in weeding through fad diet claims, credible research, and walk alongside them as they learn what it means to nourish their minds and bodies mindfully. 

I am of the belief that there is no "one size fits all" guide to mind/body/soul wellness. Wellness looks different to everyone and holds a unique meaning to each of us. My job is to guide you, give you the tools and information you need, hold you accountable for your goals, and to move you in the direction of a vibrant and well life. 

I offer complimentary introductory sessions for those interested in adapting healthy-living without all the lows associated with quick fix dieting. I look forward to assisting you in stepping into your favorite version of yourself! You deserve it.
